We have worked with First Rate twice now, and both times we have found them to be absolute life savers. Navigating the logistical and admin heavy nightmare that is a mortgage transfer, while juggling parenting and maintaining your day job is just not something I can ever claim to be mentally equipped to do well. Kevin and the team at First Rate honestly make it almost too easy. If you have a question, you generally get a reply within the hour and if you are confused about some financial concept you haven't come across before, they break it down in a way that is easily understandable.
