Mortgage Protection
Mortgage Protection is simply a form of life insurance linked to your mortgage. It’s specifically designed to help pay the outstanding balance of your mortgage if the worst were to happen to you. This gives your family the security of knowing their home is safe at a difficult time.

Life cover
Life cover is life insurance. It’s a practical way to make sure you have financial protection in place for your family if the worst were to happen. Your cover will pay out a cash lump sum if you die during the term of the plan. Your loved ones can use this money to help settle any outstanding debts or loans, pay off a mortgage, pay bills, whatever it takes to make them financially secure. It’s hard to underestimate how valuable that financial peace of mind can be at a difficult time.

Family Protection
Decreasing Term Family Protection is a cost-effective form of life cover designed to protect your family financially when you’re no longer able to, at a time when they need it most. Providing a financial safety net for your family, the lump sum payment can help with ongoing household bills,
pay off an outstanding loan or simply provide a good standard of living for your family in the event of your death.
What is Critical Illness
Specified Illness or Critical Illness cover provides a lump sum cash payment which enables you to take care of yourself and your family if you’re diagnosed with one of the conditions that is covered. Being diagnosed and suffering from a serious illness can be emotionally and physically draining. It can disrupt your ability to earn a living or care properly for yourself and your family

Cohabiting Couple
If you’re living with your partner and are not married to them, or in a registered civil partnership, you may have to pay inheritance tax, even if you jointly own a house. Couples that live together and are not married or in a registered civil partnership, are often referred to as cohabiting couples – When it comes to inheritance tax, cohabiting couples pay tax of 33% on an inheritance above the current threshold of €16,2501

Inheritance Tax (Section 72)
By taking out a Section 72 Inheritance tax policy, that tax can be paid when the child inherits your estate. A Section 72 policy is a Life Insurance policy set up by parents under Section 72 trust for their children. The proceeds of the policy are exempt from inheritance tax because they are used to pay off inheritance tax.
